• George W. Mauzé II

  George W. Mauzé II, President of Broadway Developments, was born and raised in San Antonio. After completing his B.A. at Texas A&M University in 1981 and his J.D. at South Texas College of Law in 1983 he returned to San Antonio where he has been involved in the practice of law and commercial real estate development and management.

• Yvonne Marquez

  Yvonne Marquez has worked with Broadway Developments since 2002. She is responsible for all property management and tenant needs. Her communication and task-management skills allow all Broadway Developments' clients, whether they own or rent, to put aside worries about their workspace and concentrate on their work.

• Oscar Hernandez

  Oscar Hernandez is the Property Superintendent for Broadway Developments. Mr. Hernandez is responsible for maintenance and repairs of our properties and some tenant finish-outs. He brings years of maintenance supervision to this position, which provides Broadway Developments’ clients with superb property maintenance services.

• Steve Jones

  Steve joined Broadway Developments in January 2008. Steve is responsible for Broadway Developments’ accounting.
